Foundry Dock Park / Scenic Hudson, Cold Spring, New York
The Foundry Dock Park was cited as the "pearl of public access to the Hudson River".
The clean up of this former West Point Foundry post-industrial brownfield site yielded a restored
aquatic and riparian habitat which respected sensitive archeology. Creative site design provided
interpretive walkways and seating areas while accommodating a boat launch.

Chestnut Ridge Village Park / Chestnut Ridge, New York
Chestnut Ridge Village Park is the community's first public park. It is located at the major
crossroads in the village center on a brownfield site. The passive park provides a retreat for
neighboring senior citizens and the public. The design celebrates the rock, trees and water of
Rockland County.
Taxter Ridge Park Preserve / Greenburgh, New York
Patriots Park / Tarrytown, New York
Pierson Park / Tarrytown, New York
A comprehensive management plan was developed for the park preserve, in addition to
several new trailhead / parking areas for increased access to the trail network.
This is a town park located between Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow in New York. The memorial
marks the spot where Benedict Arnold's co-conspirator, Major John Andre, was captured by
three farm boys.
This town park is located on the Hudson and provides both active and passive areas. There is
a playground, pavilion, and fishing pier, along with open areas and walking trails.
